Date Change updates
Due to the ongoing uncertainty surrounding the short or long term effects of COVID-19 and current Government sanctions on maximum gathering numbers and international travel the decision has been made to re-set the Costumiers Fantasy Masquerade Ball - NOW JULY 2021
This decision was not one we made lightly but as a matter of consideration as over the past weeks emerging COVID-19 crisis.
As such I'm pleased to announce your new date is now: Friday 16 July 2021 to Sunday 18 July 2021
IF YOU HAVE ALREADY PURCHASED TICKETS ABOUT YOUR TICKETS & ACCOMMODATION Within our Costumiers Fantasy Masquerade - Attendees group group a large number asked me to hold / transfer theirr tickets / bookings for next year, so we have 'assumed' the following in the first instance:
EVENT TICKETS All event tickets be automatically transferred to the new date/s in July 2021. You don't need to do anything. And as soon as I have the chance i reissue tickets with the correct dates / details etc.
IF... YOU WANTED TO CANCEL If you wish to cancel your event ticket - please email me on dewildcosplay@gmail.com I will need to know what name the booking was made under.
If you booked / paid via the booking website then the refund will be issued back onto the card you booked with.
If you booked via my savings plan, I will need your bank account to transfer the money back to you.
MILLENNIUM HOTEL ACCOMMODATION BOOKINGS We've got it sorted for you... (mostly)
If you booked with the hotel using the GROUP CODE, your booking will be automatically updated to the new date, as soon as they can, early next week . If you booked via me (savings plan), your booking will automatically be updated to the new date.
If you booked by Booking.com, Expedia or any other means, let me know under which booking name and I will ensure your booking gets moved too.
If you wish to cancel your Hotel accommodation, please phone Kimberley on 07 349 9634 or email me and I will get it actioned for you.
JOIN US FOR THE FRIDAY NIGHT ! If you booked for only the Saturday evening - there are now the Friday night only tickets available - now is the perfect time to add that into your weekend.
SAVINGS / PAYMENT PLANS I will be continuing to offer savings / payment plans for anyone interested in coming, and might appreciate being able to do if over an easy 25 - 50 week payment/savings plan. Plans are tailored to the individuals requirements.
Offer is for any New Zealand residents.
YOUR HELP - IT MEANS SO MUCH TO ME Once I've got the event pages all updated and corrected (give me a few days) - please can I ask you to share and talk about the event with your family, friends, and as many creative communities it would be a huge help.
Share it in your creative costuming communities; Steampunk, Cosplay, Medieval groups, Special Effects & actors, the many mediums of the Arts, Historical Clothing groups, LARP, Actors, Costume designers, everywhere... .
